
I won’t even entertain a conversation about nonstick pans. This, enameled Dutch ovens and stainless steel is literally all my mother cooks with.
Fun fact:
cast-iron depending on what you cook in the cast-iron, it will pull iron into the food, especially acidic foods like tomato or lemon. It’s a great benefit for pregnant women, vegans / vegetarians and low iron people in general.
