Stevia powders are better than the bottled liquids because they’re much higher concentration and allow you to get more uses out of a serving. They also don’t go bad so if you like many of us forget about the bottle of Stevie on your fridge for four weeks at a time you can just make a new mix
Studies have shown that artificial sweeteners like Stevia and monk fruit still stimulate a small insulin spike but of course they have no calories, so generally, I do find them to be a better alternative. If I desperately need the real thing, I’ll usually use maple syrup.
