This book takes all of the knowledge of meditation / manifestation and distills it into scientifically sound evidence for the most obnoxious wellness enthusiast to consume without the need for any. “this is kind of woo woo but it works” qualifiers.

He does claim that meditation can cure cancer, so just read it with a grain of salt and your healthy skepticism activated.
