
Sprouts are a sleeper superfood!! Because they have so many health benefits, they’re kind of expensive in the store. I can’t tell you how many $8 packs got moldy before I even opened them.
I complained once about it to my mom and she bought me a mesh strainer mason jar lid and shipped a bag of seeds to my house. Turns out, they are incredibly easy to grow at home (how to video linked!), which makes them some of the cheapest, nutritionally densest, AND freshest food you can eat due to our current food systems.
